HOMESCHOOL TEENS
4 week Workshops
This is a great opportunity for homeschool students to learn and experience real studio art.
Taught by Lee Taylor gallery owner, artist and former art educator with 20 years experience.
Every Wednesday 11am-12:30pm
Cost: $160 pp, all supplies included.
Each 4 week session will explore a different medium, so students can continue their art education while exploring the Elements of Art, The Principles of Design and their application.
4 WEEK SESSION SCHEDULE:
JAN. 2026: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th= TEXTURE
The study of texture includes hands on interpretation using paper, modeling clay and object from nature.
FEB. 4,11,18, 25 = SPACE
This focus will explore techniques artists use to create implied space in a work of art using size, overlap & perspective.
MAR 4, 11, 18, 25 = BALANCE
Students will experiment with symmetry, asymmetry and radial balance and it's uses in graphics, architecture and sculpture.
